* Upgrades from a prior version include the Minaret 1.80 software, a comprehensive user manual, one hour of telephone support and shipping within the United States.

** Updates for existing 1.80 customers include electronic delivery only (download and installation instructions will be emailed to you).
Terms and Conditions
  • When upgrading from a prior version, an institution must upgrade all of their copies of Minaret at the same time.
  • Support policy:
    • Support is used in increments of one minute with a minimum charge of fifteen minutes per incident.
    • Support time is valid for up to one year, after which any unused support expires.
    • Additional support must be purchased in advance of its use and in increments of one hour.
  • All orders must be pre-paid. COD's are $25.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and payment must be made on an American bank.
  • Upgrades and updates are non-returnable.
  • Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
